PennWare LLC is the consulting practice of Richard Pennington. For more than 45 years he has built and worked with compilers, toolchains and development environments for embedded systems.
PennWare developed ELLCC, an open-source C/C++ toolchain built specifically for embedded platforms.
From 1980 through 2000 he developed Introl-C and Introl-Modula2, along with support tools, for several Motorola processors.
